SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 3 business days from our warehouse in Baku or Doha. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Please note that estimated delivery times are guidelines and may be affected by payment authorization delays, customs processes, or other unforeseen events for which we are not responsible.

CANCELLED ORDER

We cannot accept cancellations once an order has been dispatched. If a shipment is undeliverable due to refusal to pay import taxes, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other issues, the package may be abandoned, and the recipient will be responsible for it. Eupathy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

TAXES & DUTIES

We offer free shipping, which typically takes 14 to 28 days. We appreciate your patience—your new items will be worth the wait!

For faster delivery, we also offer an expedited shipping option for an additional $35, with delivery times between 3 to 8 days after processing and dispatch.
